I founded Baldwin Law to provide practical legal assistance to individuals, families, and businesses. My practice covers a broad range of civil matters, including litigation, consumer protection, business counsel, estate planning, and civil rights issues.
My legal background includes estate planning, bankruptcy, contracts, and other civil matters. Before founding Baldwin Law, I served as Senior Counsel in ShuffieldLowman’s DeLand office, working in estate planning. That varied experience informs how I evaluate a problem: the legal issue matters, and so do the practical consequences of each available option.
I live in DeLand with my family. Outside my practice, I serve as Vice Chair of the governing board of Ivy Hawn Charter School of the Arts. My connection to the area also includes performing at the Athens Theatre—a part of the local arts community I value.
